  • Police charge male with aggravated assault

    On June 13, 2025, at approximately 10:40 p.m. members of the Kingston Police Patrol Division responded to a local shelter in the area of Adelaide Street at Cowdy Street in regards to a report of an assault with a weapon.

    On June 12, 2025, at approximately 8:45 a.m. the Kingston Police responded to numerous reports of a vehicle driving erratically in the area of Cataraqui Woods Drive and Bayridge Drive.

    On June 6, 2025, at approximately 2:40 p.m. members of the Kingston Police Urban Foot Patrol Unit observed an individual in the downtown area who was known to them and also wanted for a theft at a local downtown business.

    On Saturday June 7, 2025, at 1:20 p.m. members of the Kingston Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision at 2561 Princess St.

    On Saturday June 7, 2025, approximately 6:00 p.m. members of the Kingston Police responded to a report of a serious motor vehicle collision involving a pickup truck and a motorcycle at the intersection of Brock Street and Palace Road.

    On June 4, 2025, at approximately 5:30p.m. members of the Kingston Police Patrol Division responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Bath Road between Portsmouth Avenue and Sir John A MacDonald Boulevard.

  • Kingston Police Arrest Wanted Individual Following Coordinated Effort

    On Thursday, May 22, 2025, members of the Kingston Police Street Crime Unit, with the support of the Emergency Response Unit and Canine Unit, arrested a wanted male who had been evading police following multiple serious criminal offences, including the ramming of police vehicles during an attempted arrest by members of the Gananoque Police Service.
